It was wall-to-wall Christmas cheer at The Hut Thursday for Community Aid’s annual Christmas party.
Santa Claus and his helpers waited patiently in the parking lot to help guests navigate the icy parking lot on their way into the building.
Inside the mood was festive with a pianist playing Christmas music as guests mingled among the round tables, decorated with festive touches and treats for each of the guests.
After all the guests were seated, Santa said a quick hello and then dashed off to his next appointment, presumably the Lennoxville Curling Club.
Community Aid Executive Director Sylvie Fowlis welcomed all the guests, and then a lunch, a hearty soup and selection of sandwiches, was served.
Following the meal, the guests continued to socialize and enjoyed some music and drawings for door prizes.
