Despite the unseasonable low water levels in the rivers and the surprising arctic cool air, thanks to collaboration with authorities in Eastman who are prepared to open the damn on Saturday, May 21, East Bolton is set to host the second annual Missisquoi Challenge for kayaking enthusiasts.
