More pies than ever at Grace Village

Their goal was to make 1,000 pies over the course of two weekends, but by noon this past Saturday, the small army of volunteers that gathered to support Grace Village’s annual Apple Pie Fundraiser had prepared almost 1,300, peeling and cutting countless apples in the process. The pies help raise funds for the Dr. Klinck Resident Subsidization Fund, which helps to provide financial support for seniors who may not be able to afford the full cost of living in the residence.
