My Take: By Michael Boriero

It’s easy to believe we’re almost in the clear of this whole pandemic, but I feel like it’s necessary to caution people that it’s still very much alive.
I’m not trying to be a downer, but with Quebec reopening many services, like gyms, restaurants, and spas, we need to continue following health and safety measures.
It might be a snowy April day, but we’re right around the corner from the smell of freshly cut grass and BBQ season. The urge to gather with friends and family will be strong for all of us.
I’m eager for summer. I’m looking forward to the day when I get to run back onto the soccer field. But warmer weather tends to warp our brains here in Canada.
All I’m saying is keep your guard up. We don’t want to burn all of the sacrifices we made this year.
