My Take: By Reann Fournier

Vaccines have been an ongoing topic of controversy in the past few years. When it comes to the current health crisis, we’re at the point where vaccines are starting to be tested and rolled out to the public, but this doesn’t mean that we’re past the continuous spread of the virus. People still need to be taking the regulations just as serious as during the first wave. We’ve seen more and more people becoming restless and not respecting the safety measures put in place to limit the spread and, while we’re all frustrated and wanting to get back to our normal lives, this isn’t over. Talks about a vaccine mean light at the end of the tunnel. We’re on the home stretch of all of this, but, still have a ways to go. If we put the carriage before the horse, nothing will move forward.
