The quaint village of Ayer’s Cliff is seeing a positive trend: a number of new businesses are opening up in the centre of town.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, for two years now, the Ayer’s Cliff Rodeo and the Ayer’s Cliff Fair have been cancelled – major annual events that usually draw thousands of tourists to the small town – dealing a major blow to many of the local businesses.
Nevertheless, the pandemic’s impacts are seemingly temporary and this summer, the streets of Ayer’s Cliff have been filling up with a few new businesses. Two of the new businesses include a beauty salon and a quilting boutique and workshop.
