The Desjardins – Windsor Wild will begin their new season in the regional hockey league this coming Friday, Sept. 30 when the team, led by Sébastien Letarte, will travel to Val-des-Sources to face the Nordik Blades starting at 8:30 p.m.
The Windsor team had a busy 2021-2022 season with a second-place finish overall in the league and a place in the final against the Warwick Cougars.
That final, some may recall, ran the full seven games before the Cougars bested the Wild.
