Montreal-based non-profit organization Renaissance will be opening a new thrift store at Promenades King in Sherbrooke, bringing 50 permanent jobs to the area.
Founded in 1994, Renaissance’s sherbrooke location will be the organization’s first store Sherbrooke outside the Greater Montreal area.
“With its long tradition of mobilization and solidarity, Sherbrooke is an extraordinary springboard for the development of Renaissance’s mission,” explained Mr. Éric St-Arnaud, executive director of Renaissance in a press release.
