Parkview students get creative for a cause

The students in Ashley Newton’s fourth grade class at Parkview Elementary School have decided to use their creative talents for a good cause.

“After hearing about the devastation that is occurring in Ukraine, a student in my grade four class at Parkview Elementary School, Eva Gauvin, came up with the idea that we should try to raise money to help,” Newton told The Record, explaining that the group had already been working on plasticine pictures inspired by Canadian author and artist, Barbara Reid at the time.
