Pierre Tremblay to run for Conservatives in Compton-Stanstead

On Thursday morning, the Conservative Party of Canada announced that Sherbrooke City Councillor Pierre Tremblay will be their candidate in the riding of Compton-Stanstead in the next federal election, whenever that should happen to be.
Currently representing the Lac Magog district of Sherbrooke’s Brompton–Rock Forest–Saint-Élie–Deauville borough, Tremblay said that his experience in municipal politics since 2017 has given him a desire to do more.
