By Matthew McCully – A woman in her 50s out for a walk on Chemin de L’Aéroport was mauled by three dogs on Friday evening. The severity of the attack was extreme. “She’s not doing great,” explained Potton Mayor Jacques Marcoux , who knows the victim. While her condition is considered stable, he said she is nowhere near ready to leave the hospital. “I spoke with her husband this morning. She’s had a lot of surgery, and she needs more,” he said. The incident had a strong impact on the First Responders who arrived on the gruesome scene Friday. “It was very traumatic,” Marcoux said. “They received professional help on Sunday morning to help them through the episode.” See full story in the Tuesday, April 2 edition of The Record.
