Yesterday was the beginning of Campagne Quebec Vie’s 40-day pro-life vigil, taking place adjacent to the CLSC on Belvédère Street in Sherbrooke.
In the afternoon of the first day, the vigil consisted of three men walking down the street around the clinic carrying signs.
There was concern leading up to the vigil about a clash between Campagne Quebec Vie members and pro-choice groups, but everything remained peaceful for the first day of the demonstration.
