Mental health, affordable housing, construction quality and building safety were all topics discussed at a meeting of the Table Québec-municipalités (TQM) last week.
Municipal Affairs Minister Andrée Laforest led the meeting with several other colleagues and municipal partners, including Public Safety Minister Geneviève Guilbault, Social Services Minister Lionel Carmant and Union des municipalités du Québec President Suzanne Roy.
“The discussions were dynamic and highly relevant. The interest was palpable, and that is greatly appreciated,” Laforest said. “I am pleased to see that we all share the same priorities, including mental health.”
