Drivers entering and leaving Lennoxville from the south should be advised that Queen Street will be reduced to one lane between Maple Grove and William-Paige streets from 9 a.m. Thursday until 3 p.m. Friday. Although no excavation is required, work being done by Telus will temporarily reduce road access such that traffic will need to alternate directions under the supervision of a signalperson.
On the other side of the borough, work to resurface Watson Street that began earlier this week will be ongoing until the end of the day on June 13 so long as there are no delays due to weather conditions.
Drivers are reminded that police fines, including those for failing to follow the directions of signalpeople are doubled in construction zones.
