Hans Rutten, the president of the CIDI FM radio board of directors, says they are making headway, slowly but surely after spending the last eight months salvaging the shipwrecked non-profit community radio station. “It’s a true rebirth except that we have started from less than zero. Until now we have been concentrating on saving the ship. It’s taking longer than we had hoped. But it is happening.”
