Record Staff – More than 70 people from the municipalities of Richmond, Cleveland and Melbourne attended a gathering on Sunday at the Richmond Recreation Center to welcome the babies of 2018 to the community. Last year, 37 families had the pleasure of welcoming a newborn. The families received several gifts.
