Every year the Quebec 4-H Club presents a provincial rally, giving clubs scattered across the province the challenge of preparing a three-day weekend of activities and competitions for members between the ages of six years and 25. “We’re expecting 100 participants this year”, said Devin Keenan, chairman of the organizing committee. Not only a proud member of the Richmond 4-H Club along with his brothers and sister, Keenan is continuing his post-graduate studies at Macdonald College with agriculture, and more specifically dairy farming as his determined goal.
