An information session regarding the expansion of the Ripplecove Inn led to more questions than answers this week as Ayer’s Cliff residents remain uncertain about the development project.
“There’s a lot of confusion, things aren’t clear and things weren’t made a whole lot more clear [Tuesday],” said Kathy Dezan, one of many concerned residents who live nearby the construction site.
The public session, which took place via Zoom on Tuesday, featured the town’s council, as well as the project’s developer and Ripplecove owner Richard Laliberté and his VP of Sales and Development Annie Brunelle.
It was intended to be a short meeting to discuss the current state of the project. They began construction on a condo hotel building attached to the inn last summer. Laliberté also wanted to share his vision for multi-family residential condominiums.
