Erika Scott (Dewittville, Que./John Abbott College) of the women’s rugby team and Tyler Murphy (Bromont, Que./Massey Vanier H.S.) of the men’s rugby team are the Provigo, Robert Lafond Bishop’s University Athletes of the Week for the week ending in Sept. 23rd. Scott scored four tries and kicked three conversions in the Gaiters 31-31 draw with the Montreal Carabins on Saturday. The third year education student led the Gaiters back from a 31-12 deficit to earn their first result in the conference since 2009.
