Sherbooke celebrating cultural diversity

By newsroom

Record Staff – Once again this year, the City of Sherbrooke is teaming up with a collection of local partners to offer a variety of free activities that celebrate the cultural diversity of the city. For the third year in a row, slam poet David Goudreault will serve as an ambassador, touring primary and secondary schools across the city to encourage dialogue and showcase the richness of cultural diversity. Among the activities being offered are the Diversity and Employment Fair, various exhibitions, a visit by the Société de transport de Sherbrooke, and numerous meeting and discovery activities. For the full program, the public is invited to consult sherbrooke.ca/ssri. See full story in the Thursday, November 1 edition of The Record.
