By Matthew McCully – Sherbrooke was one of three cities across Canada that took part in the rotating Canada Post strike on Thursday, along with Calgary and Red Deer, Alberta. The strike action began Monday, and has targeted different branches of the Crown corporation across the country throughout the week. According to Patrick Bleau, President of the Sherbrooke section of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), the union is not following a specific strike mandate.
