This Saturday, October 26, Quebecois comedian Alain Dumas is premiering a new take on an old performance called, “From Frank Sinatra to Micheal Bublé” at Sherbrooke’s Granada Theatre. Continuing a show that got started for him in 2015 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Sinatra’s birth, Dumas told The Record that the new show explores the evolution of the famous musician’s works and style from past to present through a style reminiscent of the Rat Pack’s glory days. “I return to much of the 60s and 70s and look at how things have changed,” Dumas said, sharing that although he has been running similar shows for the last few years, what makes this one distinct is the way he has worked humour into the lineup.
