Record Staff – The Estrie Society for the Protection of Animals (SPA) has recommended that the three dogs that seriously injured a jogger in the Township of Potton on March 29, be euthanized. The SPA Estrie reportedly transmitted its report to the Municipality on Wednesday. After a few days of assessment, the agency concluded that the three dogs represent an “unacceptable level of risk” to public safety. The decision, however, rests with the Municipality. Council should meet shortly to decide on the fate of the animals. See full story in the Friday, April 5 edition of The Record.
