Stanstead homecoming reunion expected to draw a crowd

Three Villagers now living across Canada and the United States will return to their hometown for a reunion at Dufferin Heights Country Club Thursday, September 19 to party with friends, some of whom they haven’t seen since high school. Organizers Sandra Harrison and Sandra Lussier said they expect more than 200 people – all the clubhouse can accommodate. “It’s sold out; there’s no more room,” Harrison said. The homecoming reunion will be from 3 until 9 p.m., “or whenever.” Why Thursday? “People are coming from across Canada – they wanted a long weekend,” she said.
