A trio of local investors,Jean Michel Ryan, Mont SUTTON’s General Manager, Sylvain Gervais of Entreprises Larry and Pierre Chesnay, a former member of Uni-Sélect’s senior management, have come together to put an offer on Sutton Ski Hill.
The agreement to purchase the hill has already been approved by the Boulanger family, the majority shareholders.
Completion of the transaction depends on approval from the minority shareholders in March, as well as a number of other conditions.
