In keeping with the principles within the criteria outlined for the awards being issued and under the banner of the Chambers of Commerce of the Brome-Missisquoi region for the upcoming “Gala d’excellence 2015,” TBL’s chamber held a special cocktail on September 17 to honour the nine nominees and winner of its own “Coup de Coeur.” The outcome of much deliberation highlighted Suzon Baron, owner of Knowlton’s “Le T-room” as the winner.
