The annual Eastern Townships Air Show and Fair drew large crowds to the Roland-Desourdy Airport in Bromont on the weekend. According to Philippe Larose Cadieux, a member of the promotion team for the air show, a particular effort was made this year to ensure that the show would appeal to a wide audience and age range. “This year we really wanted to diversify the activities happening on the site to have, yes, something that happens in the sky, but also something you can experience on the ground,” Larose Cadieux said. “The idea is to create an experience both for fans of aeronautics and families.” See full story in the Tuesday, September 18 edition of The Record.
