View Point park vandalism sparks  renewed concerns

A group of residents from Lennoxville’s View Point neighbourhood attended Lennoxville’s most recent Borough Council meeting to express their concerns that Alexander Galt Regional High School’s “open campus” policy is resulting in such great damage to the local park that people in the community are no longer comfortable spending time there. A petition with over fifty signatures gathered within the neighbourhood was presented to the council following the discovery, earlier in June, that several pieces of playground equipment had been damaged beyond repair during school hours.
