On Thursday, Feb. 2 from 1:30 to 4 p.m. the Missisquoi North Volunteer Centre (CABMN) senior services program offered a Make Your Own Vision Board workshop animated by CABMN staff member, Linda Orefice. Held at the Feather in the Wind Senior Centre of the CABMN the workshop was attended by six keen seniors who were ready to map out their future with hope, enthusiasm and promise.
A vision board is a collage representing your aspirations and life goals.
“This activity is designed to give you motivation for the coming stage(s) of your life,” explained Linda Orefice. “It represents your goals and expresses hope in your future dreams and projects; it is meant to inspire you in your life journey,” she added.
