Waterloo Church vandalized

Saint Paul’s United Church in Waterloo was the victim of vandalism this past weekend as an unidentified individual or individuals drizzled black paint onto the church’s new front steps and rolled the bell off of its cradle near the front door and down the driveway in the centre of town.
