Waterville, positioning itself to be a booming suburb of Sherbrooke, is ready for new development. The City, along with real estate development group Duval-Gaudreault, announced this week that infrastructure work has been completed for 43 new building lots, which will be available for construction by March 2022.
This latest phase of the Domaine Champêtre development is part of what will eventually grow to 75 new homes in Waterville, divided between single-family, semi-detached and multi-unit residences.
