On Sunday, Kevin Ryan and members of his family were trapped in their home due to flooding on their property along Moe’s River in Waterville.
Yesterday, Ryan was able to transport people across the field of ice and water in the bucket of his tractor.
It will likely be another day before a car can make the trip.
Such is life in a valley at a bend in the river, according to Ryan.
