Whistle while you workshop: champion whistler offers to share his expertise

Tanguay Desgagné wants to teach the people of Sherbrooke how to be better whistlers, drawing on decades of experience as a champion competitive whistler on the international stage. “I started whistling when I was two and a half years old,” Desgagné said. Although fond of the musical outlet, the whistler said that he didn’t see whistling as much more than a pass-time until the early 1990’s when, just by chance, he read an article about competitive whistling in an in-flight magazine.
