After finishing in fourth place in the Ligue régionale de hockey (LRH), the Windsor Wild will take on the JB de Daveluyville in the opening round of the 2022 playoffs.
According to a press release, since both teams did not play the same number of the games, the LRH determined the final season rankings based on the number of games played, with the Wild finishing just one spot ahead of their playoff opponents. It’s a best-of-five series.
