Concertaction Femmes Estrie, the local roundtable group focused on upholding and defending the rights of women, is on the lookout for local English speaking representatives. “We realized that there is a big language barrier, and we want to hear what English-speaking women have to say,” said Sarah Beaudoin, who is coordinating the group’s new subcommittee for English-speaking communities.
Concertaction Femmes Estrie is a regional chapter of the international Women’s March movement, which has been working to rally feminist groups around the world since 1995.
