Taking place in Rivière du Loup from March 7 to March 11, the men’s curling team from the Estrie region were searching for gold at the Jeux du Québec.

Due to the pandemic, the 2022 games were postponed to 2023.

The Estrie curling team was composed of a team of five players between 14-16 years old. It was the first Jeux du Quebec for four of the five curlers, who curl out of the Lennoxville Curling Club.

Félix Croteau, Xavier Francius, Jack Guild and Logan Poisson represented four of the five players from the Estrie team who are members of the local curling club.

The team also welcomed Aidan Lodge, who plays curls for the Danville club. Lodge participated in the last Jeux du Quebec and won a bronze medal.
