CAQ blames emergency room overcrowding on Liberals’  poor planning

According to the Coalition Avenir Quebec (CAQ), the chaos in emergency rooms across the province should be attributed to a serious planning problem in the Ministry of Health. Wait times are increasing at an alarming rate and stretcher occupancy rates in most health facilities exceed 100 per cent, according to Lise Lavallée, MP for Repentigny, spokesperson for the CAQ in matters of public health.
