Lennoxville’s former town hall, which now serves as the borough office, is among the 20 buildings of the City of Sherbrooke that are in the worst condition, according to a report given to the City Council on Monday night. According to the report, there is an estimated $541,105 of work to be done on the structure, which was inspected as a part of an evaluation of more than 85 of the 259 buildings owned by the city. Although that number is significant, Borough President Claude Charron said that people need not worry about the building being torn down.
