To make up the shortfall from funding cuts imposed earlier in the year, IRIS Estrie, in collaboration with Complexe Hockey Balle Sherbrooke (CHB Sherbrooke), is organizing a dek hockey tournament in November.
For over three decades, the organization has been working with some of the region’s most marginalized populations, providing overdose prevention services, and advocating for prevention and treatment for HIV-AIDS and other sexual and bloodborne infections.
The tournament will take place on Nov. 19 at La Cachette 2.0 in Sherbrooke starting at 8 a.m.
