Although most of the Eastern Townships falls within the Granby, Brome-Missisquoi, Orford, Richmond, Sherbrooke, Saint-François and Mégantic ridings when it comes to provincial politics, there are a few other electoral districts that partly overlap with the region.

Drummond-Bois-Francs
The Drummond-Bois-Francs district sits just to the north of the Richmond riding, roughly framed by the Saint-François and Nicolet Rivers. It includes the municipalities of Saint-Cyrille-de-Wendover, Saint-Lucien, Saint-Félix-de-Kingsey, Kingsey Falls, Sainte-Séreaphine, Sainte-Clothilde-de-Horton, Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil, Saint-Samuel, Saint-Albert, Sainte-Élizabeth-de-Warwick, Warwick, Tingwick, Saint-Rémi-de-Tingwick, Chesterville, Sainte-Hélène-de-Chester, Notre-Dame-de-Ham, Ham-Nord, Saints-Martyrs-Canadiens, and Drummondville on the river side of of Saint-Joseph Boulevard.
